**Insurance Advisor**

As an Insurance Advisor you will provide our clients the coverage they need by building effective business relationships while at the same time being responsible for meeting sales targets through quotes of existing and new clients. Every day you will be building lasting relationships with your customers, helping to protect what matters most to them through knowledge and trust.

**Accountabilities**
- Provide quotes and sell policies to new and existing clients while compiling a list of prospects for future opportunities
- Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities and gain new business
- Remain up to date on product knowledge and build strong relationships with internal mortgage brokers and sales teams
- Continue self-development through industry and training courses
- Generate leads through community involvement and events
- Conduct sales calls for new opportunities while making timely renewal calls for existing customer business
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations

**Specifics**
- Experience achieving sales targets individually and as a team
- Strong sales, Communication and customer service skills
- Enjoy presenting to clients by using a consultative selling approach
- Well versed in navigating multiple computer programs at once
- Enjoy building relationships through presentations and negotiation
- Willing to learn and grow within the organization
- Flexible, adaptable and resilient with an ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Prospecting, meeting sales goals and continually learning new skills
- Have a Life License (LLQP) or willing to work towards it

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
