Surrey, Canada Elevation Rehab Inc. Full time

As a registered Kinesiologist within our Mobile Active Rehab division, you will lead the charge in educating and guiding assigned patients through active physical rehabilitation within your scope of practice. You will make a noticeable and fulfilling impact in the lives of patients and their families by helping our patients recover from sports, MVA, and other "life happened" related injuries. **Responsibilities**: - Assess patients and develop customized physical rehabilitation and education protocol within Scope of Practice. - Lead patients in the execution of their rehabilitation protocol and adjust as necessary to aid the patient to optimal recovery. - Keep updated notes and charting within our secure system. - Communicate effectively with patients, their other healthcare providers, Elevation support staff, and insurers as needed/required. - Provide a high degree of compassionate and effective care. - **Ability to see Clients in Surrey, Langley, South Surrey, and at least 1 day in Richmond. **"Soft Skill" Requirements**: - Patient centric mentality - A good, positive mental attitude - A desire to win & achieve - An ability to communicate with efficiency and compassion **Qualifications**: - Successful completion of Kinesiology degree - BCAK membership in good standing - Must have own professional and general liability insurance - Valid BC Driver's license and reliable transportation **Job Types**: Permanent, Casual, Freelance Pay: $33.00-$34.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Automobile allowance - Casual dress - Flexible schedule - On-site gym Flexible Language Requirement: - English not required Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed Application question(s): - Available to travel to Surrey, White Rock, Langley, and Richmond Club16 locations (required). **Experience**: - ICBC Claim Patients: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: - BCAK Membership in Good Standing (required) Work Location: On the road
