Meaty Eats is a specialty retailer focusing on Fresh Organic Meats and Charcuterie as well as in house Prepared Foods. We operate two locations in the GTA focusing on quality goods, curated product selection and customer experience.

As the owner of the company's retail meat operations, reporting to the Retail Operations Manager or similar, the Retail Butcher is responsible for designing, implementing and delivering our retail meat operations across our two locations as well as our e-commerce web store.

Their responsibilities will include implementing the in-store and online meat programs as well as the retail meat operations including scheduling, recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, inventory management, maintenance, and interfacing with clientele daily.
- Have direct experience in a similar environment
- Be able to plan and prepare an 8ft gourmet counter daily
- Plan/follow budgets and monitor shrink
- Understand and implement sales strategies
- Demonstrate tact, judgment and professionalism
- Be adaptable, open to change, and team oriented, while displaying ethics and integrity.
- Possess butchery, safe food handling, certifications or similar
