**FINANCE MANAGER (CANADA)**

Docusketch is looking for a seasoned Finance Manager ready to manage & drive the breath-taking growth of one the most successful high tech companies in the industry. As Finance Manager Canada you will be a key functional expert leading our organization through this exciting phase of enormous expansion.

We are seeking a hands-on personality with a strong can-do mentality who will personally take charge of all Finance & Administration activities in our Canadian business unit. With the right experience and aspiration your role could expand to taking over management oversight for our Finance operation for our large US business unit.

The position will be remote in any location of choice in Canada or the US. Our headquarters are in Berlin, Germany, Halifax, Canada, and Lakeland, Florida.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will be fully responsible for all accounting, finance, and administrative activities for DocuSketch’s Canadian business unit.
- Your main duties will include individual customer billing based on usage reports, A/R management, payments, payroll, tax & social security filings.
- You will also be in charge of our Canadian unit’s cash flow management and timely creation of P+L statements and Balance Sheet.
- Preparing Financial Reports, KPIs and forecasts for our worldwide Finance and Sales Organisation will lend your skills global visibility.
- You will be involved in our North American M&A strategy and will actively work on the integration of previously independent companies.
- You will develop business plans based on the analysis of the company’s strategic planning.
- Responsible for corporate tax filing with CRA

**Qualifications**:

- You are profoundly familiar with Canadian GAAP and possess at least 5-10 years of experience in finance & accounting in Canada.
- Ideally, you have already been in a supervisory role during one of your previous assignments.
- You are familiar with Saas billing and revenue recognition.
- Although our loyal customers usually pay on time you have previously managed the A/R collection process for a B2B company.
- You know all the details of payroll processing for Canadian employees.
- You have experienced the speed and multi-tasking required in a high growth company and are able to juggle multiple projects with varying but stringent deadlines.
- Ideally, you have already been involved in a company’s Merger & Acquisition activity
- With strong verbal and written communication skills you are able to effectively interact with various levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills required.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
