**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform a variety of tasks including construction, installation, and maintenance work.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Assist in the preparation of job sites by cleaning and organizing materials.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete projects on time.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in construction or skilled labor is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Familiarity with safety procedures in construction environments is desirable, but will train.
- Valid driver’s license is appreciate, but necessary.
