As a Banquet Server, you will play a key role in executing seamless events, from corporate meetings to elegant receptions. You’ll provide outstanding guest service, maintain banquet setups, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. **Responsibilities**:
Build strong guest relationships by delivering exceptional service.
Ensure seamless banquet setups with attention to detail.
Assist with audio-visual equipment setup and maintenance.
Maintain cleanliness in serveries, storage areas, and bottle rooms.
Prepare for dinner service, ensuring all necessary items are ready.
Set up and serve beverages at portable bars following hotel standards.
Deliver scheduled meeting room breaks on time with accuracy.
Keep banquet documentation updated and communicate changes.
Provide VIP service when required.
Offer expert wine service, including opening and decanting.
Lead by example and mentor team members.
Resolve guest concerns with confidence and professionalism.
Follow emergency response and safety procedures at all times.
Complete additional duties as assigned by supervisors or hotel management.

**What we are looking for**:
Previous banquet or hospitality experience (preferred).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Smart Serve (or equivalent) certification (an asset).
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
