**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate dump trucks to transport materials such as gravel, sand, and asphalt to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of materials transported, including delivery tickets and logs.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate deliveries and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed, utilizing heavy equipment when necessary.
- Perform routine maintenance on vehicles, including basic automotive repairs, to ensure optimal performance.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License).
- Experience operating heavy equipment is preferred, including forklifts for loading and unloading tasks.
- Knowledge of automotive repair is a plus, enabling effective troubleshooting of vehicle issues.
- Familiarity with freight handling processes and regulations is advantageous.
