**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:
- Printing daily work order reports and pick list and picks up parts as per pick list
- Splitting/cutting the electronic component’s reels and check traceability
- Issuing parts via visual system (ERP) and release the WO
- Following up shortages with receiving and IQC and update shortages
- Receiving/issuing electronic subassemblies
- Performs Cycle counts
- Performs Inventory transactions
- Communicates with purchasing team regarding item’s shortages
- Processing internal electronic component requisition
- Distribute items to their respective location with proper label identification
- Print labels for electronic components
- Updating label log file regularly
- Annual Physical Inventory
- Reads and follows manufacturing documents
- Updates manufacturing records
- Reports defects and Non-conforming materials (NCM)
- Upholds 5S standard for continuous improvement
- Able to interact with other cross functional teams
- Follows Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) safe handling practice
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision in a team environment
- Must adheres to company guidelines/policies/safety
- Reports any safety concerns to direct superior or member of the Heath and Safety committee.
- Performs other duties as required.
**QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS**:
- Knowledge of SMT, PTH, soldering, inspection and test.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Team player that works well with all levels of the organization.
- Professional, hardworking, reliable and detail oriented.
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experienced in handling of electronics components and subassemblies.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
