- Operate heavy equipment, including loaders, backhoes, and graders, to perform grading and leveling tasks on construction sites
- Utilize horizontal drilling techniques to ensure precise grading
- Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed
- Dig, pave, bulldoze, and perform other necessary tasks to prepare construction sites for further development
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects
