**432 Pharmacy - Full Time Pharmacy Assistant**:
**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
- Manage inventory by ordering, receiving, and stocking medications and supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals in a clinical setting to enhance patient care.
- Adjudicate third party billing, online and manage manual Third-Party Accounts.
- Assisting the pharmacist with dispensary tasks as permitted by scope.
- Responsible for POS management e.g. payment transactions and cash outs.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction and teamwork.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in medication dispensing and record-keeping.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent written, verbal and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical math.
- Flexible to situations and adaptable to change.
- Accuracy in data entry.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism of the pharmacy.

**Requirements**:

- Pharmacy Assistant Diploma from a recognized post-secondary Institute
- Previous pharmacy experience is an asset.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards
- Proficient in Telus Kroll software.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Docs, Sheets, etc.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
