Westgate Landworks Inc. is looking for creative and hard-working individuals to join our team of skilled construction labourers. Must be willing to be responsible for performing a variety of labour work tasks to assist with the completion of hard and softscape projects.

Core Skills & Responsibilities Include:

- Aid in project of hard and softscape construction projects from start to finish alongside other Team Members
- Assist with loading and unloading tools and products into work trucks
- Keep trailer, vehicles, and construction area neat and organised
- Comply with company safety policy, procedure, and practices
- Experience with operation of a skid steer, excavator an asset
- Must be flexible in work schedule and, willingness to work outdoors in ever changing weather conditions
- Ability to lift 30-50lbs
- Ability to withstand some repetitive physical work (kneeling, bending, lifting)
- Ability to travel to multiple site locations to meet the needs of the business
- Reliable, punctual, responsible, and Strong leadership skills
- creative, self-motivated, able to follow direction and a team player
- Demonstrate knowledge of plant material, hard material, and landscape practices
- Install trees, shrubs, perennials, flowers, etc.
- Sod and soil installation
- Perform physical labour including heavy lifting to execute all elements of each project
- Willingness to teach and learn from others
- Able and willing to follow detailed instruction
- Working At Heights, First Aid Trained & Certified - an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

**Salary**: From $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
