Located in St Catharines, NatureKast is a manufacturer of fine outdoor Weatherproof Cabinetry and accessories. Working through a dealer network, NatureKast’s customers are located throughout North America, primarily in the U.S. Our manufacturing facility has approximately 70 highly skilled plant & office employees.

We currently have a full time **entry position** in our Finishing Department.

Reporting to the Finishing Supervisor
- Ensure cabinets, materials and components are finished according to customer order.
- Meet all pre-determined quality, productivity, and scheduling standards.
- Utilization of spray gun, glazing/faux finishing techniques and related tools and equipment to complete the finished product according to spec.
- Ensure that all cabinetry and components are checked for quality prior to release.
- Understand and follow the policies and procedures of Naturekast Health and Safety management system.

To be successful in this role, the qualifications needed are:

- Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
- Able to work independently and within a team environment.
- Time management skills
- Attention to detail.
- An artistic eye would be an asset.
- A commitment to punctuality and dependability

The rate of pay is commensurate with experience.
