**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Collaborative Conceptualization**:

- Assist the scenographers in the creative team with the conceptualization and optimization of their ideas.
- Bring creative concepts to life, considering technical feasibility, budget constraints, and project timelines.
- **Project Management**:

- Work closely with project directors to ensure seamless integration of scenographic elements within overall project plans.
- Liaise with workshops and suppliers to coordinate construction efforts and technical drawings.
- **Resource Management**:

- Utilize a strong network and connections within the decor workshop industry, from small to large workshops in Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, and the United States.
- Build and maintain relationships with freelancers, including tech directors, and various suppliers to ensure a comprehensive network of resources.
- **Innovation and Problem-Solving**:

- Demonstrate a highly innovative approach to problem-solving, finding creative solutions within project constraints.
- Enhance and optimize creative concepts, contributing to the continuous improvement of project outcomes.
- **Technical Drawing (Plus)**:

- Ability to create technical drawings is a plus, contributing to effective communication with workshops and suppliers.

**Qualifications**:

- 6+ years of experience in decor workshop, theater concepting, or event production.
- Proactive and creative problem solver within the constraints of the creative process.
- Strong connections and network with decor workshops in Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, and the United States.
- Extensive network of talents, including freelancers (tech directors and others) and suppliers.
- Highly innovative in finding solutions and enhancing concepts within project constraints.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and French).
