Customer Care and Returns Specialist

Roman Bath Centre is a leading luxury bath and kitchen showroom in the Toronto area offering a select and unique array of products and a highly customer service-oriented environment. Our customers and partners include interior designers, architects, developers and home improvement industry specialists.

We are currently recruiting Customer Care and Returns Specialist who is focused on delivering a world class customer service experience to our valued customers. As a member of our team you will be responsible for responding promptly to customer inquiries and assisting our customers with after sales service, managing customer returns, completing daily reports, and maintaining customer accounts,. Our collaborative approach to our business ensures a helpful, positive environment for all and maintains the high standard of customer service excellence.

**Responsibilities**
- Resolve customer care concerns related to plumbing fixtures
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers, demonstrating care, empathy and urgency
- Maintain and update ERP with complete and accurate information regarding all open tickets
- Co-ordinate with vendors/vendor reps and sales representatives to ensure timely closure of customer issues
- Manage senior level escalations with a professional and tactful approach
- Enhance overall customer experience as well as to be a product expert, able to make recommendations based on specific customer needs
- Manage warranty related follow up with suppliers and customers
- Take action and be resolution oriented to solve customer issues
- Fill in and back up support for Reception
- Other duties as assigned

**What are we looking for?**
- Minimum 3+ years of customer service experience is required
- Excellent command of English
- Ability to communicate clearly, both written and orally
- Friendly, confident and assertive personality
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to interface with suppliers and with subcontractors / plumbers
- Technology savvy and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 41.5 per week

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
