**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and manage the procurement of materials necessary for production, ensuring timely delivery to meet manufacturing schedules.
- Utilize MRP systems to analyze inventory levels, forecast demand, and place orders accordingly.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and terms while maintaining strong relationships.
- Monitor the supply chain processes from fabrication to delivery, identifying areas for improvement.
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Prepare reports on inventory status, supplier performance, and production metrics for management review.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, logistics, and quality assurance to ensure alignment on supply chain objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in supply chain coordination or a similar role.
- Familiarity with MRP systems and SAP software is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Knowledge of demand planning processes and best practices in procurement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
