The West Vancouver Community Services Department has an immediate opening for casual Shuttle Bus Drivers. The Shuttle Bus Driver position is responsible for transporting seniors to Trips and Outings, occasionally driving a set route based on a schedule and picking up and dropping off of senior passengers. The Shuttle Bus Driver must demonstrate superior communication skills to deal effectively with the passengers who may need assistance loading and unloading onto the bus, or assistance with walkers and/or parcels.
Position Status:
WVMEA (Union) - Casual
Hours of Work:
Up to 25 hours per week. Hours and days of work may vary depending on operational requirements.
Starting Rate of Pay:
$22.89 per hour plus 14% in lieu of benefits.
This position has a pay structure with 3 Steps which increases based on hours worked.
