Job Description

MANAGER IN TRAINING (MIT) PROGRAM

WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL BE;

Proficient across six Program Modules
- Branch Operations: shipping/receiving, logistics, and health and safety
- Inside Sales: software and computer transaction, customer service, order taking, and walk-in customer assistance
- Inventory Management and Logistics: dispatch and delivery scheduling, material ordering, cycle counts, and fleet maintenance
- Product Knowledge: learning products and product vendor engagement
- Customer Sales: sales administration, customer calling, relationship building, pricing, and credit
- Human Resources and Management: people management and development, recruiting, financial performance and budgeting

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;
- College Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business/Sales/Marketing/Management, strongly preferred
- Geo flexibility in Canada
- Willing to work hard and have a drive to succeed
- Strong communication, problem solving, and customer-focused skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Passion for learning
