**Responsibilities**:

- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently and thoroughly.
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized, including countertops, floors, and work areas.
- Assist in basic food preparation, such as peeling, chopping, and assembling ingredients, as needed.
- Handle garbage and recycling, ensuring proper disposal.
- Support the kitchen staff during peak hours with tasks like restocking supplies.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper sanitation practices.

**Requirements**:

- At least **2 years of experience** in a kitchen helper, dishwasher, or similar role (preferably in an Indian restaurant or similar setting).
- Ability to work **on-call hours** with flexibility to respond to last-minute needs.
- Physical stamina to handle standing for long periods and lifting heavy items when required.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
