We are looking for a **versatile Forklift Operator** to join our team in a family-oriented, organized, and respectful environment. Here, your role goes beyond just driving a forklift: you will actively contribute to various aspects of warehouse and production operations. This position requires someone adaptable and flexible, _with the ability to occasionally travel to our other warehouse located 15 minutes away._

Key Responsibilities
- **Operate a stand-up Raymond forklift** (reverse type) to move, load, and unload pallets.
- Supply production lines with raw materials and packaging.
- Use a Reach truck for loading/unloading trucks, moving, and safely storing pallets.
- **Prepare orders**: gather, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment according to work orders.
- Perform manual handling tasks (lifting up to 55 lbs).
- Assist with warehouse organization and upkeep.
- Manage inventory in a refrigerated environment (6 °C to 11 °C).
- Efficiently operate an electric pallet jack.
- Recycle boxes and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- **Carry out various related tasks**: you’ll be expected to move, help, and get involved—not just drive a forklift

Your Profile
- **Valid forklift certification.**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience with stand-up Raymond forklifts (reverse type).
- Comfortable using an electric pallet jack.
- Skilled in pallet racking (push-back racking).
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details
- Full-time / Permanent
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM
