**Trades Helper - Urgently Hiring**

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean up help and prep help.
- Complete tasks efficiently
- Learn basic framing, drywalling and trim work within 1st year
- Inform the supervisor without a delay if a task cannot be accomplished
- Communicate with clients and peers in a positive and respectful manner
- Uphold all company’s processes & policies

**Skills**:

- Must have the desire to learn different trades and how to build things well
- Be hardworking, always look for things to get done even when no tasks were assigned
- Be a team player, always willing to help even outside of your responsibilities
- Be proactive, thinking 2-3 steps ahead
- Be physically fit and able to conduct hands-on work efficiently
- Be punctual
- Be detailed
- Be honest
- Follow-through on commitments (be a man of your word)
- Strong team player and strong work ethic
- Able to speak and understand English, other languages would be a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Freelance, Seasonal, Apprenticeship, Internship / Co-op

**Salary**: $22.00-$34.00 per hour
