Food Service Supervisor

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate activities of food service staff, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training new employees to build an effective team.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
- Manage inventory levels, control food cost under 40% of sales. and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Provide support to kitchen staff, including cooks, by offering guidance and assistance during meal preparation and break time.
- Address customer inquiries, complaint and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in the food service industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Familiarity with Chinese kitchen operations and cooking techniques is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating leadership qualities.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
