**Specifically, You Will**:

- Greet customers on the telephone in a warm and courteous manner.
- Promote and sell products and services to existing customers.
- Work in collaboration with corporate account managers
- Develop customer account base to maintain and increase purchasing volume.
- Analyze customer accounts to detect opportunities or anomalies.
- Follow-up with customers who are no longer purchasing at their regular frequency, in order to understand and remedy the situation;
- Make outbound calls to follow up, propose new products, present promotions.

**Some of what you need**:

- Mandatory in-store training - minimum 3 months
- Strong aptitude for customer service
- Professional, responsible and reliable
- Good communicator and good listener
- Computer literate
- Able to identify and seize sales opportunities.
