Vancouver, Canada Western Mechanical Service Full time

Western Mechanical is currently seeking a Commissioning Professional to join our Vancouver team. The successful applicant will be responsible for executing complete building commissioning on projects that will vary in type, size, complexity, and location. This role will have the right applicant working closely with engineers, contractors, field personnel, subcontractors, and technical support staff to deliver professional, quality, and consistent commissioning services to building owners and constructors in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of local commissioning experience or 5 years experience working directly with mechanical HVAC systems at a high level.
- Preference is given to applicants with a university degree or technical diploma in engineering, engineering technology, or HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of the commissioning processes as outlined by LEED, ASHRAE, BCxA, and others.
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanour
- Detail orientated
- Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
- Proficient in MS Office, Adobe, and Windows software.
- Preference given to experience with building management software and design
- Ability to be bondable
- Preference given to those with a valid drivers license and reliable access to a vehicle - but not required

**We Offer**:

- Minimum annual salary starting at $74,000.00 CAD (will commensurate with experience)
