**About You.**

We’re looking to build a Valet Team for our Service Department at DK Ford in Leduc. If you are looking to start a career in automotive, and enjoy a collaborative working environment - then please read on.

You’ll be part of a dedicated team who will ensure our service department delivers superior customer experience at the highest level of customer satisfaction.

As a Service Valet team member, you’ll be responsible for welcoming service guests to the dealership and supporting our Service Advisors in obtaining vehicle information, deliveries/pick-ups, and conducting a walk-around for damages. You will work alongside our Ford Technicians, Drivers, Coordinators, and Service Managers to optimize and maintain the Service Department’s daily objectives. This role requires proficiency in Customer Service.

It would be best if you craved setting your own course. At Koch, things move quickly, and service issues can occur randomly. You always have complete control of your day, but you need to be proactive, and make things happen without someone directing you.

**What You'll Do.**
- Welcoming the customer/ client to the Dealership
- Direct clients to drive thru, obtaining all information on vehicle, including walk around for damages
- Tag and bag vehicles, locking up keys accordingly
- Pick-up and delivery of vehicles as directed by Service Advisors
- Open and Close the gates and shop doors of the dealership
- Ensuring the yard is maintained and vehicles are parked accordingly.
- Back up for Shuttle service
- General housekeeping
- Displays are stocked; seat covers, mats etc.
- Other tasks as assigned

**What You Will Need To Succeed.**
- Valid Class 5 license with clean Drivers Abstract
- Self-starter with the ability to learn new systems and processes
- Ability to work as a team player as well as independently, with little or no supervision
- Must be flexible and able to work well under pressure of deadlines with changing priorities
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and effective organizational skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Able to work various shifts, including Saturdays

**Nice To Have, But Okay If You Don't.**
- Previous Dealership experience would be considered an asset
- 2-3 years’ experience in Customer Service environment
- Post Secondary
- A Passion for cars

**Salary**: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
