**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a Yard Labourer (contractor) to join the team at our equipment site in Crossfield, Alberta. Yard Labourers are responsible for day-to-day duties related to yard organization, ongoing maintenance, and equipment operation, while ensuring work is completed safely and the worksite remains clean.

This position must also adhere to our safety program and work as a contributing member of the site team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow all Inclusive Energy safety policies and procedures.
- Coordinate yard traffic and operate equipment.
- Understand and safely operate power and small tools.
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment.
- Clean, lubricate, and fuel equipment, maintaining general site cleanliness.
- Ensure safety fencing and markings are in place.
- Notify the supervisor of any necessary repair work.
- Complete accurate and timely safety documentation.
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting, shoveling, and moving containers and heavy materials.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience operating a loader and a zoom boom is required.
- Mechanically inclined and experience with storage tanks.
- Strong work ethic and ability to persevere through challenging weather conditions.
- Aptitude for operating small equipment, including but not limited to skid steers.
- Ability to handle weather and/or seasonal interruptions in the work schedule.
- Certifications in WHIMS, CSTS, and First Aid would be considered assets.
- Must be Fit-for-Work each day.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Heavy equipment operation: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
