**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage All Web Content:
Take charge of The Medium’s website content by requesting photos, illustrations, text,

and other graphical materials from contributors. Coordinate with editors to make sure

content is ready and published on schedule.
- Social Media Leadership:
Manage and grow The Medium’s social media accounts with professionalism and

promptness, engaging the UTM community and beyond.
- Collaborate with Editors:
Work closely with other editors on special projects and contribute to a collaborative

newsroom environment.
- Create Online-Exclusive Content:
Develop fresh, regular online content that complements and expands beyond the print

edition.
- Active Participation:
Be present and prepared for all post-mortem and masthead meetings to discuss content,

strategy, and improvements.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Current UTM or Mississauga post-secondary student with a passion for digital media and

journalism
- Experience in web content management and social media
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with digital publishing tools and social platforms, especially Instagram,

TikTok and WordPress.
