**Location**:646 Alpha Street, Victoria, BC, V8Z 1B2

**NOC Code: 73200 - Residential and Commercial Installers and Servicers**

**About the Role**: As a Countertop Installer, you will be responsible for the precise and efficient installation of a variety of laminate and stone countertops in residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will be crucial in bringing our clients' kitchen and other design visions to life, ensuring high-quality finishes and exceptional customer satisfaction.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Transport countertops to specified job sites.
- Check tops sizes and quality before leaving shop.
- Ensure customer’s site is not damaged.
- Install countertops efficiently and professionally, making sure that all seams are tight and fixtures are properly installed.
- Ensure things are cleaned up well after the installation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as required.
- Provide the customer with a great service experience.
- Complete full and accurate Install Reports with comments and pictures at the end of every working day.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of installation processes and workflow in the team.
- Ensure new installers are fully and properly trained for the job.
- Work in a safe manner that complies with all safety guidelines.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge.
- Contribute to team effort and completes other duties as required or assigned.
- Install countertops, cabinets and cupboards.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of installation techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Secondary school education and on-the-job training in similar experience.
