The VIP Promotions & Communications Specialist will report directly to the Promotions & Communications Manager, collaborate & coordinate with the rest of the VIP team and employees across departments, including Operations, Marketing/Partnerships Product/Technology, and Data/BI, to drive a wholistic strategy for our VIP promotions with stronger focus on all experiential initiatives and campaigns. Represent Bet99 in promotional events and activations ensuring all company objectives, policies and expectations are aligned.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze the success of our campaigns/experiences and provide recommendations and optimization opportunities
- Evaluates & develops potential acquisition targets and the successful integration of the newly acquired business by leveraging from the available opportunities through Bet99 existing partnerships and collaborations
- Create tracking methodologies and required documentation, to ensure smooth and timely integration processes and transition
- Collaborate in the creation of diverse mechanisms for identification of potential high value players in the different interactions, events or activations
- Develop strong, authentic, long term and trusted relationships with internal and external customers
- Ad hoc special projects
- The ability of creating and managing Hospitality events from scratch - having the focus in the players needs and likes, also with an eye on sales opportunities to bring potential new customers onboard

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience in sales manager, business development or related field, online gaming industry considered an asset
- Solid understanding of online gambling markets with a strong focus on Sportsbook followed by Casino and other related products
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
- Experience in Hospitality & Event management - the role involves meeting current & prospective VIP Players at events, being a representative of BET99 towards them
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in Marketing and Sales, specifically as it relates to relationship building, retention, and growth
