**Job description**:

- Assist passengers as they embark or disembark and provide advice to users unfamiliar with the lifts;
- Operate the start, stop and speed controls of the lift;
- Determine and manage the causes of lift stoppages;
- Immediately notify the engineer of any problems or discrepancies that may disrupt the normal operation of the lift;
- Occasionally verify that customers have their tickets and refuse access to the lift to anyone who cannot present their ticket;
- The above duties are not restrictive; other related duties consistent with this job description or within his/her capabilities may be assigned as needed.

**Your skills and assets**:

- Have a high school diploma or be in the process of obtaining one;
- 3 to 6 months of relevant experience;
- WHMIS certification (asset);
- Ability to work on your feet for long hours;
- Ability to work outdoors;
- Beginner level of spoken English;
- Ability to adapt and work under pressure;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Sense of initiative;
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
