Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize estimating software to prepare detailed construction estimates
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the overall cost
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
- Create detailed proposals and bid packages for submission
- Monitor and track project costs throughout the construction phase

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Construction Estimating
- Proficiency in estimating software
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimating prices

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
