Qc Inspector

Individual must be detail oriented, meticulous and able to learn quickly. They will be provided with in-house training on inspection procedures/processes related to manufacturing workmanship. This includes, but is not limited to, inspection of PCB workmanship, soldering, wiring assemblies, electronic assemblies and mechanical assemblies.

**Duties**:

- Maintain and administer QC inspection documentation in accordance with established procedures. This includes, but is not limited to SOP's related to quality control/inspection.
- Perform and document visual inspections of assemblies in process and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Inspection of PCBs as per the IPC610 class III industry standard.
- Able to use small hand tools, microscope and ESD protective gloves.
- Work to continually improve quality control procedures in an effort to maintain/improve quality of products.
- Work collaboratively as a key member of the production team and other departments/personnel to investigate, analyze, and resolve nonconformance and quality control issues.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma
- Quality Control inspection experience an asset
- Preferably an Associates or Certificate in one of the related fields: Industrial Management/Technology, Quality Assurance/Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering.
- Experience in related fields will also be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Able to legally work in Canada (citizen or have permanent resident status).

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:

- Competent in the use of MS Office: Excel, Outlook, Word
- Ability to create/document policies, procedures, and related quality control process documents.

Language Skills:

- Fluent in English

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
