triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc., is actively seeking a **Program Administrator** to join our team at the **Mississauga Campus located inside Square One Mall.**

**Primary Responsibilities**:
The Program Administrator will support the vision, mission, and values of triOS College while contributing to a positive, supportive, and student-focused team environment of respect, integrity, dedication, and readiness, embracing diversity, and fostering inclusion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage & maintain inventory including, distribution of courseware to students, adjustments and ordering of courseware.
- Manage the student ID card and access card processes.
- Assist with campus events, new student orientation and graduation ceremonies.
- Act as a back-up for the Administrative Assistant position as required.
- Provide support to Campus Director on a day to day basis.
- Undertakes special projects and other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- 1 - 2 years experience in record keeping, filing, and file management.
- Customer focused and service oriented.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, critical thinking, organization, and multi-tasking skills.

**Hours of Work**:
This is a **full-time contract position**, Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

**Location**:
This position will be working on-site at our **Mississauga Campus located inside Square One Mall**.

**Start Date**:
The scheduled start for this opportunity is **immediate**.
