Do you love Chess and enjoy working with kids? We’re looking for a passionate and patient **Chess Instructor** to teach students (Grades 1-8) in a small group setting at our **Best Brains Cooksville** learning center.

This is a great opportunity to share your skills, build confidence in young learners, and have fun — one move at a time.

**What You'll Do**:

- Teach beginner and intermediate chess concepts: openings, tactics, strategies, and endgames
- Use interactive activities, puzzles, and mini-tournaments to make learning fun
- Foster logical thinking, concentration, and decision-making in students
- Provide progress updates to the Center Director
- Work with a **maximum of 5 students per class**

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong knowledge of Chess, with playing or teaching experience
- Ability to explain strategies in a simple, engaging way
- Experience working with children (ages 6-13) preferred
- Friendly, responsible, and punctual
- Available to teach **once or twice per week** (evening or weekend options)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 9 per week
