Job Summary The warehouse supervisor is responsible for coordinating activities related to the reception, preparation and loading of customer orders for dry, refrigerated and frozen products. He ensures the achievement of quality and productivity objectives, while ensuring a safe and pleasant work environment. He is also responsible for compliance with the policies and procedures in place. Summary of responsibilities:

- Coordinate workforce planning and work in collaboration with other supervisors to optimize all available resources;
- Perform production planning, distribute tasks and make the necessary assignments;
- Supervise and assign work to employees under his responsibility in order to achieve objectives;
- Supervise the receipt and shipment of merchandise;
- Control and coordinate the use of equipment to achieve the required volumes;
- Coordinate the continuity of operations and maintain effective communication with the foreman of the next shift;
- Approve the hours worked of its employees;
- Meet with employees to follow up on their file: CSST, productivity evaluation, performance, absenteeism, etc. ;
- Communicate with the supervisors of other shifts to ensure the transmission of information;
- Participate in the continuous improvement process;
- Verify, at the source, the causes of the problems and take the necessary actions to correct them;
- Coordinate and supervise the training of new employees;
- Any other related task.

**Qualifications**:

- College-level training in a relevant field;
- 7 years of experience as a work team manager in a distribution center;
- Demonstrate leadership and autonomy
- Strong communication and planning skills;
- Act as a leader in health and safety;
- Demonstrated skills in personnel management;
- Be willing to work overtime, if necessary;
- Functional bilingualism (oral and written);
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and SGE software;
- Priority management, sense of organization;
- Energetic, autonomous, resourceful and proactive;
- Know how to mobilize a work team.
