GROOMER/DETAILER

**Position Profile**: The groomer/detailer will work under the direction of the ramp

supervisor, alongside Ramp Coordinator’s, CSR’s, Line Techs, Operations staff, and CAM employees to ensure safe and efficient day to day operations of all Kreos and Kreos customer aircraft and vehicle cleaning in Saskatoon.

Aside from cleaning a variety of aircraft and vehicles, this individual will be required to assist with safe aircraft positioning, ground handling and outdoor seasonal work. Groomers will also be responsible for maintaining hangar facilities and support other departments as required. The individual in this position should have experience in cleaning.

**Pay Range**:Based on experience

Responsibilities and Accountabilities (WHAT)
- Responsible for full aircraft washing which requires working with chemical, degreasers, respirators, and latex gloves (Kreos Aviation provides all personal protective equipment)
- Detailing interior and exterior of customer vehicles
- Maintain hangar facilities, equipment, ramp, and yard areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and neat and orderly manner. This will include seasonal responsibilities (for example snow removal, sweeping of ramps).
- Maintain flexible hours outside of regular schedule - evenings, weekends, holidays and varied shifts will all be a possibility as operations are 24/7.
- Maintain knowledge of the Kreos Group of Companies Standard Operating Procedures, Operations Manual, Airport rules and regulations, and ensure company procedures and customer service standards are being followed.
- Performs other relevant duties as assigned.
- Be on the alert for hazards, with prompt and diligent reporting of all observed or suspected hazards using the proper Kreos safety reporting.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Education**:
Ø High School

Ø Ability and willingness to obtain and complete the following:

- Airside Vehicle Operators Permit (AVOP)
- Radio License

**Experience**:
Ø Cleaning experience with familiarity of working around aircraft considered an asset

Ø Must have a valid driver’s license

SKILLS

Ø Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Ø Ability to interact and represent Kreos on a professional level and have excellent customer service demeanor.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ø Ability to manually lift 50 pounds in a safe manner, using proper manual handling technique.

Ø Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
