Seeking work-life balance? Brightside Integrated Health is recruiting a psychologist or clinical social worker to join our private practice clinic in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Our office is located in a professional building that has free parking and is off a main artery for an easy commute for staff and clients.

The office is newly renovated, fully furnished and comfortable with a warm atmosphere.

We offer flexible hours, an emphasis on work-life balance, peer consultations, a friendly and supportive workplace, and competitive rates for associates. Further, we provide billing, clerical, client distribution and online and in person booking for appointments.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a Master's degree in Psychology/Social Work
- Membership in good standing with a licensing body
- Experience providing counseling or assessment services for aduladolescents, and/or children.
- Active liability insurance
- A good working knowledge of EFT, CBT, Narrative Therapy or Solution Focused Therapy models and protocols
- Thorough understanding of the Diagnostic & Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders is considered an asset
- Demonstrated experience conducting individual psychotherapy
- Basic understanding of Trauma Informed Therapy
- Commitment to ethics and professionalism
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary mental health team
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Clear commitment to client centered care
- Competency in other languages an asset

**Compensation**: Fee split
