We’re looking for an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator - Consumer Beauty to join our E-Commerce team. You’ll be working on our consumer beauty brands; COVERGIRL, Rimmel London and Sally Hansen. You will work on a variety of Digital Media & E-Commerce projects with the objective of driving brand awareness, sales and disrupting the beauty industry in Canada.

THE ROLE
Content management
Coordinating with our creative studio to produce best-in-class content for digital campaigns, E-Commerce activations and newsletter
Lead e-comm assets creation and organize content in PIM (Salsify) to ensure assets are readily available across the organization.
Work across teams to ensure new launches assets are ready on time and according to brand and industry best-in-class standard
Content implementation on e-retailers’ platforms
Monitoring brands presence on all digital platforms to ensure full E-Commerce portfolio is spotless and optimized on their respective e-retailer platforms

Digital Marketing strategies and executions
Work across teams to ensure Digital Campaign assets are ready on time, according to brand and industry best-in-class standard and in-line with go to market strategy
Participate to bi-weekly agency meetings, monthly digital media results, weekly team meetings

Analysis and Competitive review
Follow trend and determine future opportunities or best practices
Competitive reports (innovation, events, activation plan and communication) across Digital Media and E-Commerce
Help on other meeting and reports prep

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Strong attention to details & analytical skills, with demonstrated data driven approach
Comfortable and knowledgable with Excel. Knowledge of Salsify and Ad managers (Meta, PIN, Tiktok, etc) is a advantage.
Ability to work effectively within short timelines in a fast paced environment
Good knowledge of Digital Marketing (Pay to Play, Search, SEO) and E-Commerce
Bilingual in French and English preferred
Passion for the Beauty Industry
