**Job summary**:
**Major Duties**:

- Independently respond to assigned customer service calls in a timely manner and assess technical issues related to specific modules or components.
- Identify required parts, supplies, and tools to complete service requests efficiently.
- Deliver, install, configure, and provide basic training to customers on the use and maintenance of installed dental equipment, including **digital dental technologies**.
- Use, maintain, and secure test equipment and tools for calibrating and repairing dental systems.
- Complete all necessary documentation, including time sheets, service orders, Radiation Protection Bureau forms, inventory, and expense reports.
- Return defective modules or parts to the head office, accompanied by the appropriate identification.
- Maintain a well-stocked inventory of parts and tools.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Job qualifications**:

- Diploma in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout Atlantic Canada.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented individual with good manual dexterity and technical aptitude.
- 2-3 years of experience with TCP/IP networking.
- 2-3 years of experience in field repair work, ideally in dental, medical, or biomedical environments.
- Experience in electronics required.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with the SAP platform is an asset.
