**Nail Technician Job Description**

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Provide body waxing services as needed, ensuring comfort and satisfaction for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Sanitate tools and workstations according to industry standards to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up communication.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty techniques.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a salon or spa setting.
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and products.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Retail sales experience is preferred, with an emphasis on upselling services and products.
- Certification or license in cosmetology or nail technology is required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and hygiene.
