Forte Projects (DBA: Condoworks Design) is a dynamic and growing boutique construction services company dedicated to transforming spaces and creating beautiful, functional environments for our clients. We specialize in residential renovation projects, with a focus on the nuances of condo renovations, as well as detached home major renovations and new-builds.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Demolition
- Lifting and moving materials and supplies
- Minor finished carpentry, including baseboard casings
- Patching and repairing drywall and finishing trim detail
- Installing door hardware
- Completing door adjustments
- Completing cabinet adjustments
- Calking or silicone
- Appliance installation
- Light installation
- Grab bars and bathroom accessories installation
- Fireplace cleaning and painting
- Picking up supplies (as required)
- Providing direction and support to Site Helper(s)
- Maintaining a tidy and organized site

**Preferred Qualifications**
- 5+ years of construction finishing or handyman experience
- Proof of quality of work (ie. images, video, references an asset)
- Experience working with construction project management software, such as Procore, BuilderTrend, or JobTread.

Pay: $33.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
