Hospitality Specialist

We’re looking for passionate and skilled hospitality professionals to join our FOH team as **Hospitality Specialists - Coffee, Wine & Guest Experience**. This is a dynamic front-of-house role for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, love food and beverage culture, and are driven to create exceptional guest moments.
As part of our team, you will serve artisanal coffee, curated wines, and handcrafted food offerings with a high level of attention, care, and product knowledge. A deep interest in wine and the ability to confidently guide guests through our selections is crucial to success in this role.
**ABOUT YOU**
You are someone who:
- Is passionate about hospitality, coffee, wine, and artisanal food
- Has strong wine knowledge and is confident in wine service and food pairing
- Thrives in busy, high-volume environments without compromising on quality
- Naturally creates warm, memorable guest interactions
- Works well in a team and supports a positive service culture
- Can prioritize effectively and manage time under pressure
- Communicates clearly, honestly, and with professionalism
- Has experience with barista service and/or front-of-house operations
- Takes pride in cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail
- Is driven by craftsmanship, quality, and continuous improvement
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide outstanding guest service with warmth, attention, and expertise
- Serve and speak knowledgeably about wine, coffee, and artisanal food offerings
- Confidently guide guests through our menu and product options
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service environment
- Prepare espresso-based beverages and assist with food service
- Operate POS systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
- Collaborate with team members to uphold service standards
