Used Business Supervisor

**Job Summary**:Reporting to the General Manager, Used Storage and Installations the Used Business Supervisor is** **responsible for handling day-to-day functions of the used business including buyback processing and coordination, inventory and operations support, reporting and tracking, and sales support. The Used Business Supervisor will provide ongoing administrative support through adherence to procurement standards, policies & procedures, sales targets, and operational goals.
**Responsibilities**:
**Buyback Review, Processing, and Coordination**:
- Collect buyback information from sales reps and customers, ensuring all required information is accurate and complete.
- Physically inspect racking on site as necessary; collecting information on product details, quantities, damage, etc.
- Work with GM, USED to review opportunities, prepare buyback valuations, and issue formal offers to purchase.
- Liaise with warehouse and operations staff at multiple branches across the country to ensure there is adequate storage space, all site requirements are reviewed, and deliveries are properly coordinated.
- Liaise with installation partners and sales reps to help quote, and coordinate dismantle projects ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Work with Sales Coordination and Logistics to ensure any required equipment or freight is appropriately quoted and arranged as required.
- Review buyback summaries to ensure all project costs and material agreements are accounted for so buybacks can be closed off.
- Work with sales reps and customers to process invoices and/or credit sales orders.
- Work with finance and operations to ensure buybacks are properly closed in JDE.
- Work with operations and warehouse staff to ensure the correct SKUs and product costs are utilized as necessary.
- Ensure packaging guidelines, dismantle procedures, and damage inspections are followed and damage is removed as necessary.
**Reporting &Tracking**:
- Work with GM USED, sales reps and RSMs to track buyback opportunities, and collect information on won and lost opportunities.
- Collect branch inventory valuations, and sales data to present to GM USED.
- Update weekly inventory report.
- Store and track Buyback Review Forms, photos, signed offers, invoices, and other supporting documentation.
- Collect and track information on training.
**Sales Support**:
- Collect and prepare information for Konstant Klassifieds, and system flip opportunities.
- Provide sales reps with product information, and photos to help facilitate sales.
- Assist with customer outreach, cold-calling, and promotional activities as necessary.
- Liaise with RSMs, design, and manufacturing to find opportunities for selling used inventory.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- College degree or diploma preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Experience and knowledge in racking, logistics, and product coordination is preferred.
- Experience and knowledge of JD Edwards is preferred.
- Excellent teamwork, and customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful).
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects at once.
- Ability to read and interpret training and procedural documents, racking layouts, and proposals.
- Strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
- Must possess computer proficiency and keyboarding skills including familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Must have strong commitment to company values and the ability to work in a sales
- driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation.
