**Hours**:Days
- 7am-3pm, Afternoons
- 3pm-11pm, Nights
- 11pm-7am (plus Saturday Overtime)

**Department**: Production

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the quality of product being delivered down the production line
- Remove any product defects from the line
- Stack the product to the correct heights
- Ensure stacks are in the proper height
- Ensure product does not jam up
- Clear jams safely using the proper tools
- Divert overflow product into appropriate bins
- Assemble boxes and hand pack product
- Pack cartons into case and handle cases through taper
- Ensuring that all pancakes being dropped into the flights are properly placed
- Responsible for ensuring that the right amount of packs of pancakes are dropped each time
- Palletize product on the proper skids and transport into the precool area
- Ensure date codes are correct
- Ensuring all Q.A. documents are accurate and complete
- Assisting operator when required to do so
- Responsible for cleaning the work area and dumping waste
- Responsible for retrieve paperboard or corrugate from the warehouse if required
- Retrieve hold products and rework product as required
- Responsible for maintaining food safety in work responsibilities and report food safety issues to QA immediately
- Any other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Must be able to work at a very fast pace
- Must have excellent eye-hand coordination
- Must have an eye for detail
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous work experience in food manufacturing industry (preferred)
- Ability to work effectively both as an individual and a team member

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: From $18.15 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
