Billing Analyst

_**BILLING ANALYST**_

**Duties**:

- Effectively maintain files and records
- Track and create daily work orders within an ERP system
- Assist with inventory & material management
- Generate accounts payable reports, so timely payments can be made to vendors
- Check invoices for discrepancies in price, quantity and items
- Accurate generation of invoices for completed jobs
- Work with team to continuously improve work processes
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Completion of business or office administration program is preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy
- Proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Valid driver's license required
