Fort Garry Industries has an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Driver to join our team at our Thunder Bay location.

**What You Will Do**:

- Deliver FGI products to customers on designated routes while building strong relationships with customers
- Load materials into the vehicle and install straps, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit
- Check all load-related documentation to ensure that it is complete and accurate
- Report any missing or damaged product to management and follow up
- Pick up cores and any return merchandise and tag at the branch for vendor return
- Uphold and embody FGI Customer Service Standards and Core Values with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Champion FGI's safety culture by performing all duties within established procedures and practices
- Other duties as assigned

**What We Require**
- Valid class 5/G drivers’ license
- 5 years of Canadian driving experience with no major driving infractions, combined with strong knowledge of Thunder Bay and surrounding areas — you know the traffic patterns, not just the roads
- Demonstrated direct customer service experience while working in a similar role/position
- Able to meet the physical requirements: Occasionally lift up to 75 - 100lbs, sit for long periods of time
- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills - dedicated to exceeding expectations of internal and external customers
- Strong written and verbal skills - ability to write and speak succinctly with customers and colleagues
- Heavy duty parts supply background and/or knowledge is an asset
