Position Overview

As a Residential Renovation Specialist, you will play a vital role in transforming clients’ visions into reality. You will work closely with project managers, designers and subcontractors, to deliver high-quality renovation services. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, enjoy problem-solving, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Full time: Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 5pm

**Responsibilities**:
Strong Knowledge of:

- Framing, drywall, flooring, tiling, and cabinetry installation.
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and building plans to determine project requirements.
- Finish carpentry (e.g., trim, molding, baseboards)
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, drywall, and other materials according to specifications.
- Install windows, doors, trim, and other finishing details.

Ability to:

- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and building plans.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
- Follow project timelines and ensure the completion of tasks within agreed deadlines.
- Ensure all work meets or exceeds building codes and safety standards.
- Stand, kneel, climb ladders, and work in confined or elevated spaces
- Work in various weather conditions

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency with hand and power tools, including saws, drills, levels, and measuring devices.
- Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to evolving project needs.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential renovation or a related field.
- Follow project timelines and ensure the completion of tasks within agreed deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills (especially in renovation work where surprises are common).
- Good communication skills (especially for customer-facing roles).
