Sales Development Representative

Our solution primarily serves businesses in the tourism, entertainment, and retail sectors, with a significant presence in the manufacturing and healthcare sectors.
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to accelerate our growth and expand into new markets.
At Evolia, we strive to understand our clients' most complex management challenges and streamline them with our platform and expertise. We are looking for someone who will help us accomplish this mission through our sales channels.
As a Sales Representative, you will work closely with all our customer relationship teams (marketing, support, product, and, of course, our management) to develop new opportunities.
Your responsibility will be to generate product demos to support our account managers in developing our client base.

**What you'll be responsible for**
- Generating qualified leads via phone (our number 1 channel)
- Qualifying leads and scheduling demos for our account managers
- Maintaining an active presence on professional social media, mostly LinkedIn
- Documenting your activities in our CRM
- Meeting and exceeding your prospecting goals
- Bringing forward and executing innovative lead generation ideas to continually nurture and grow the pipeline.
- Monitoring and leveraging social media to capture opportunities by maintaining an active presence with prospects.
- Attending key industry events to boost the company's lead generation efforts.
**What you’ll bring to the team**

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
- A positive and persistent attitude
- Comfortable on the phone and able to quickly build trusting relationships
- A good understanding of the business challenges of companies in our targeted sectors
- A keen interest in technology and HR solutions (experience in these areas is a plus)
- An ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Concrete experience in the industries served is a significant asset
Pay: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
