**Job Overview**:
Are you a driven, fashion-forward individual with a passion for sales? Lisa's Bridal is seeking a Prom Stylist to join our team and help clients find the perfect dress for one of the most exciting nights of their lives—prom In this role, you will guide customers through our exclusive collections, using your style expertise and sales skills to help them choose their ideal dress.As a Prom Stylist, your goal is to meet and exceed a 50% sales close ratio while providing a personalized shopping experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate dress tracking, managing appointments, and ensuring customer information is up to date in our system.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage customers, helping them find the perfect prom dress.
- Assist with styling, dress selections, and providing expert fashion advice.
- Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual goals, with a close ratio target of 50%.
- Accurately track dress selections and maintain customer records in our software.
- Stay up to date on the latest prom fashion trends and store inventory.
- Keep the store organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience while staying focused on hitting sales goals.
