**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate and maintain printing machinery to produce high-quality prints according to specifications.
- Monitor the printing process for quality control, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal results.
- Prepare and set up materials for printing, including loading paper and adjusting settings on the printer.
- Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment to ensure it operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Assist in packaging finished products for shipment or storage, ensuring they are secured properly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times.

**Skills**
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair printing equipment as needed.
- Experience operating forklifts is preferred for moving materials within the warehouse.
- Familiarity with machining processes is a plus, as it may relate to equipment setup and maintenance.
- Ability to fabricate components or make minor adjustments to machinery for improved performance.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Flexographic Printer: 8 years (required)
- Water-based inks and paper substrates: 8 years (preferred)
- Ink mixing, color matching, and print registration: 8 years (preferred)
