**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dining Room Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will work closely with kitchen staff and management to deliver high-quality food and service while adhering to food safety standards.

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing a warm dining atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, maintaining a high level of presentation.
- Assist in the preparation of food items as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety protocols.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any issues that may arise.

**Skills**
- Strong hospitality skills with a passion for guest services.
- Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, particularly in a serving role.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is an advantage.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively.
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive rapport with guests.

Pay: From $15.34 per hour
